PLATFORM
As a candidate for the Democratic County Central Committee, I believe in creating a more equitable San Francisco.
My platform includes:
Living Wage Jobs: San Francisco is one of the most expensive cities in the world. I will fight for policies that create more living wage jobs so that everyone can afford to live in our city.
Education: Our schools should be a place where every child can thrive. I will work to make sure that our schools are fully funded and that every child has access to a quality education.
Public Safety: Gun violence is a public health crisis. I will work to get guns off our streets and make our communities safer.
Environment: Climate change is an existential threat to our planet. I will work to make San Francisco a leader in the fight against climate change by promoting renewable energy and reducing our carbon footprint.
Housing: The housing crisis is one of the biggest challenges facing our city. I will fight for policies that protect tenants and make it easier for working families to afford housing.
Healthcare for All: The housing crisis is one of the biggest challenges facing our city. I will fight for policies that protect tenants and make it easier for working families to afford housing.
LGBTQ+ Rights: We're lucky to live in a region where our ancestors fought and challenged the status quo for our LGBTQ+ liberation. I will continue to champion policies that help LGBTQ+ people stay in San Francisco and contribute to our vibrant culture.
Diversity: San Francisco is a city of immigrants and diverse communities. I will work to make sure that everyone, regardless of their race, gender, or sexual orientation, has a voice in our city.
Stop Asian Hate: 34% of San Francisco residents are AAPI. Anti-China rhetoric from our national politics affect the lives of everyday San Franciscans. I will continue to champion policies that promote and uplift AAPIs in San Francisco so that we can all thrive here.
